Football, fashion, styling & photography. Combining my past experiences & my childhood dream into a new business. Together with Thomas Liesens & Seppe Brulmans we decided to open our very own football shirt concept. We work directly with wholesalers, private sellers, and markets across Europe to curate rare and authentic pieces. Every item is carefully prepared, washed & restored before reaching the customer.
Beyond sales, I’ve built a community of football shirt enthusiasts through events, partnerships, and social media. My role covers all aspects of running a business: sourcing, branding, marketing, sales and customer engagement.

After three months we sold more than 1000 shirts.

Goeie Jongens, a real passion project. 20 rappers from my hometown formed a collective to celebrate the history of hiphop in Belgium. My role involved overseeing concept development, brand storytelling, and visual design, ensuring each project aligned with the vision while pushing creative boundaries. By fostering a collaborative and bold approach, we crafted campaigns and designs that left an impact. Reaching the stage of Pukkelpop and the release of the album ‘Vliegtuigmodus’ were the pinnacle of the group. One of my favorite things was the album roll out in which I played a big part of the marketing, strategy and artworks.

2017: 22nd Vintage

— 2025

Together with Julie de Werdt I took my first steps as an entrepreneur. For 7 years we owned a curated second-hand clothing store in Hasselt, specializing in handpicked vintage items sourced from Italy and beyond. We oversaw the full process: selecting and restoring garments, managing supplier relations, and preparing collections for sale. We built a strong community by organizing annual pop-up shops, fashion shows, and in-store live concerts. I collaborated with creatives for campaigns, photo shoots, and events while handling branding, marketing, and partnerships. This experience sharpened my expertise in sourcing, customer success, and community building within the textile industry. Here is where most of my sourcing network comes from and to this day plays an important part in my professional life.

22ND Vintage was a hotspot for Belgian creatives. Artists, stylists, Photographers,… We were always down for collabs or offering our clothes for projects. Some people we worked with:
Dikke, The Color Grey, Pepe, Tiewai, Slongs, Marie Van Puyenbroeck, Elien Jansen, Daniel Busser, Krankk Turncoat Studios, Jokke, and so many more

Events, pop ups, projects:
7 pop ups in Ghent | 1 pop up in Antwerp | 1 pop up in Leuven
A runaway show
12 concerts, in store & on location (youtube link)
Lots of videoclips and photoshoot collaborations

about

I’m Mattia Tedeschi, a sourcing consultant and entrepreneur with 7+ years of experience in the vintage and textile world. Over the years, I’ve built strong connections with suppliers in Italy and Belgium, helping businesses and communities access unique, high-quality garments.

As the founder of Tripletta and co-founder of Twenty Second Vintage, I’ve learned that sourcing is not just about finding products, it’s about understanding people. From negotiating with textile wholesalers to building communities of vintage enthusiasts, I focus on long-term relationships and real value for both suppliers and customers.

My background in customer success and support adds another layer: I know how to listen, guide, and deliver what clients truly expect. Whether I’m sourcing rare football shirts or helping companies expand their textile network, I combine market knowledge, communication skills, and a customer-first mindset.

Today, I help businesses bridge the gap between suppliers and markets, with a focus on vintage sourcing, branding, and customer relationships.
